By downloading, installing, or using the AquaTrack application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our application.

Use License

AquaTrack grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to download and use the application for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

The AquaTrack application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to AquaTrack and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AquaTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
